*Duties:*
* Deliver high quality, service users focussed care
* Participate in the development of new services and care pathways
* Support the local implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy
* Engage in continuous quality improvement within your service

*Shift Pattern:*
* 37.5 hours per week (part-time hours are available)
* Day shifts - 07:00 am - 19:30 pm
* Night shifts 19:00 pm - 07:00 am

*Requirements of the Mental Health/Learning Disability Staff Nurse:*
* Registered nurse with active NMC PIN
* Newly Qualified nurses welcomed as Preceptorship can be offered
* Relevant clinical experience
* Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement and quality
* Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice
* Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
